Who am I?
I am a passionate and enthusiastic psychotherapist. I now offer remote therapy through my private practice. This follows my previous experience working in an adult outpatient psychiatric department within a community mental health center.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked for several years in the corporate world. This gave me valuable insight into workplace dynamics and the pressures many professionals face, including stress, burnout, and a loss of meaning. Having lived in four different countries, I’m also personally familiar with the challenges and rewards of expatriate life.
I am a board member of the French-speaking chapter (AFSCC) of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) which fosters the development of ACT and process-based approaches. I also participate in regular clinical supervision to support and enrich my practice.
