Who am I?

I'm a passionate and dedicated psychotherapist. Alongside my private online practice, I’ve been working since 2023 in an adult psychiatry unit within a community mental health center.

Before becoming a psychologist, I worked for several years in the corporate world. This gave me valuable insight into workplace dynamics and the pressures many professionals face, including stress, burnout, and a loss of meaning. Having lived in four different countries, I’m also personally familiar with the challenges and rewards of expatriate life.

I'm a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) and its French-speaking chapter (AFSCC). As part of this network, I regularly attend conferences and take part in peer consultation meetings with other ACT practitioners.

J’exerce également en tant que psychothérapeute en français. Pour plus d’information, cliquer ici.
