My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is part of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT). ACT has been scientifically proven effective across a wide range of issues.
I provide compassionate therapy to people in pain to help them face adversity and build a life they love.

That’s where ACT comes in. ACT helps us make room for difficult thoughts and emotions when they arise. ACT also equips us with tools to navigate life’s ups and downs with more clarity and resilience.

I take a process-based approach to psychological difficulties. I focus on the underlying mechanisms that drive distress, rather than simply addressing symptoms, with the goal of fostering lasting change. This also means that while I primarily draw on ACT tools, I integrate techniques from other therapeutic approaches when they help better meet each person’s unique needs.
